How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective films are still intact to qualify for a full refund.
Are Paul Rich watches water-resistant?
Yes, most of our watches have a water resistance rating of 5 ATM (50 meters), making them suitable for everyday use and light splashes, but not for swimming or diving.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every Paul Rich watch comes with a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and crystal.
Can I adjust the strap size myself?
Our steel link bracelets include a sizing tool and instructions. However, for the best fit and to avoid damage, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for professional adjustment.
